But this ferocious monk had a rigorous yoga practice in order to maintain his body for his Zazen. This expanded practice was of such significance that it grew into Kung Fu!

Indra’s net is strung with reflective jewels and stretches out in all directions, without end. In the surface of any one jewel all of the other jewels are mirrored.

I know I got to Let Go of everything eventually, but to Let Go all at once is a jump scare. So I slow WAY down. I’ll Let Go of my hurry FIRST and just stay in this moment. Where I am Safe to be Relaxed Harmless and Loving.
